We are hiring again! Due to high demand for our export services, we are expanding our team.
Seagull Freight Services LLC is a small, family-owned company looking for a motivated, well-organized problem solver to join our team. If you have strong attention to detail and are comfortable handling 100 to 150 emails daily, this could be a great opportunity for you.
No experience needed—we provide full training!
Responsibilities:
Handling bookings with ocean carriers daily
Managing customer emails and providing timely responses
Ensuring deadlines are met and following up with required information
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Communicating effectively with internal teams and external partners
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle a high volume of emails daily
Logistics or office experience is a plus but not required
Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
What We Offer:
Starting Pay: $22 per hour during the 2-3 month training period
Pay Increase: After training, pay increases to $23-$24 per hour for independent task completion
Further Growth: Pay may increase to $25-$26 per hour for those who demonstrate significant improvement and can handle customer interactions independently
Health Insurance: Fully covered by the employer
Year-End Bonus & Review: Performance-based salary increases and bonuses
