Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Export Coordinator located in Qesm El Obour. The Export Coordinator will be responsible for managing export documentation, facilitating ocean shipments, and maintaining communication with customers. Daily tasks include handling customer service inquiries, preparing necessary export documents, and coordinating with shipping lines and freight forwarders. The role also involves ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations and providing timely updates to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Export Documentation and Export procedures

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills

Experience with Ocean shipping processes

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Relevant experience in export coordination or logistics

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred

Knowledge of international trade regulations is a plus

·        Duties and Responsibilities

–         Coordinate with the sales team, suppliers and customers to ensure smooth execution of exports. 

–         Follow up and organize international shipping and customs clearance. 

–         Prepare the necessary documents for the export process (certificates of origin, invoices, packing lists, etc.). 

–         Ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations related to export. 

–         Tracking product shipments and making sure they arrive on time. 

–         Communicate with shipping and logistics companies to secure the best prices and services. 

–         Prepare periodic reports on the status of shipments and inventory. 

·        Required Qualifications

–         At least *one year* of experience in the field of logistics or export management. 

–         Good knowledge of export and international shipping procedures. 

–         Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and warehouse management programs. 

–         Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively. 

–         Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). 

–         Fluency in English (required).
