Job Description:
Chicago Freight is a fast and growing drayage and over the road carrier company in the Chicagoland area. We are looking to add owner operators for our intermodal and dry van drivers to our fleet.
Owner Operators Can Expect:
Average $3000 – $5000 Weekly
Company Owned Chassis/Trailer
Local/Regional Runs/OTR
Generally Monday to Friday Work (some Saturdays available)
Get Rewarded ($$$) for Clean DOT Inspections
Extensive Freight Base
No Touch Freight; No Forced Dispatch
Weekly Settlements
Job Requirements:
3 years of CDL driving experience. Accident and violation free driving record is preferred
Must hold a minimum Class A CDL Hazmat Endorsement is a plus
Must maintain proper medical authorization to operate a commercial motor vehicle
Must be able to read maps and follow written and verbal directions
Must be physically able to climb in and out of the truck and truck bed multiple times per day
Must be able to manage HOS to insure prompt and on time pickup and deliveries
Wage Range: 3000.00 – 5000.00 per week
General Description of Benefits: Owner operators will be compensated a percentage of the delivery order rate.
