Role Description
This is a full-time Experienced Freight Forwarder located in Surrey, BC with some work-from-home flexibility. The Freight Forwarder will be responsible for coordinating freight shipments, managing import/export documentation, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the efficient transportation of goods. Daily tasks include liaising with clients, handling logistics, and resolving any issues that may arise during the freight forwarding process.
Qualifications
Proficient in Freight Forwarding and Freight Transportation
Experience in Forwarding and processes
Strong Customer Service skills
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
Previous experience in logistics or a related field is beneficial
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field is preferred
