Job Purpose

The Executive – Fuel Sales is responsible for supporting the commercial growth of the business by preparing competitive fuel quotations, managing customer accounts, identifying new sales opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with aviation customers worldwide. The role plays a key part in delivering responsive customer service, expanding the customer portfolio, and ensuring the successful execution of fuel sales transactions.

Job Duties & Accountabilities

  • Prepare and issue competitive fuel quotations for customers in a timely manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities to expand business and increase sales.
  • Support the acquisition of new customers through prospecting, market research, and business development activities.
  • Maintain customer accounts, pricing records, and sales information to ensure data accuracy.
  • Coordinate closely with Fuel Procurement and Fuel Operations teams to ensure competitive pricing and seamless service delivery.
  • Assist with commercial negotiations, customer inquiries, contract preparation, and sales administration.
  • Monitor market trends, fuel pricing, and competitor activity to support commercial decision-making.
  • Support spot fuel requests and time-sensitive customer requirements while maintaining high service standards.
  • Work closely with Operations, Procurement, and Finance to ensure smooth execution of fuel services worldwide.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or a related commercial role.
  • Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Knowledge of aviation operations and aviation fuel services is highly preferred.
  • Commercial mindset with strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Additional language skills such as Russian, or European languages are considered an advantage.
