Due to high demand, we are recruiting for a fantastic company in the shipping and logistics industry in an accessible area of Ipswich.
The role is for a European Freight Forwarder, the role includes fantastic benefits, a great working environment and the opportunity for a great career.
You will be required to provide solutions and manage the logistics operations of any products moving throughout Europe.
Key Duties:
* Raise customs entries and transit documents for exports.
* Deal directly with Clients on operational needs, quotations and liaising with suppliers to deliver on services.
* Build and maintain
client relationship
to continue business with customers.
* Support customers with logistics and customs queries.
* Internal audit checks.
* Work with HMRC and other customs authorities.
Previous
Skills & Experience:
* European Operations experience.
* Knowledge of customs process and requirements.
* Competent in handling and submitting customs documentation, certificates and licences.
* Knowledge of Tariffs.
* Understanding if Inco Terms.
* High level of customer service.
* Good
problem solving
skills.
