Position Summary
The Transportation Analyst supports Stoneridge’s transportation operations by managing freight payment and audits, ensuring policy compliance, and assisting sites and suppliers. This role uses data analysis to optimize routing, identify cost-saving opportunities, and contribute to daily operations and strategic projects.
Major Responsibilities
Logistics Operations Support:
Provide guidance to Stoneridge sites and suppliers, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Support day-to-day logistics operations and maintain clear communication across all stakeholders.
Freight Pay & Audit:
Conduct an audit of freight invoices prior to processing payments to ensure accuracy and compliance with contractual terms.
Address and resolve any disputes related to invoicing promptly.
Data Management & Reporting:
Collect, organize and analyze data to support larger projects, ensuring it aligns with the project’s scope.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or Applied Higher Education in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain roles, preferably within the automotive industry.
Fluent in English, Estonian is beneficial
Other
Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Must be able to travel domestically and internationally.
