Are you a systems-driven professional who loves turning operational chaos into clean, scalable processes? At Showroom TLV — a growing fashion brand with a multicultural team — you won't just manage systems. You'll own them, shape them, and eventually lead the team around them.
What you'll do
- ERP ownership — full management of our ERP system (Comax): catalog, inventory, and system integrity
- Process design — build and optimize workflows in Monday.com with audit mechanisms
- Supply chain — oversee logistics data, freight tenders, and international supplier interfaces
- Data & reporting — performance reports, currency analysis, and technical accounting
Requirements
- Degree in Industrial Engineering & Management, Economics, or similar
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems — Comax is a significant advantage
- Excel mastery: formulas, pivot tables, data modeling
- Background in operations or back-office within importing or retail
- Fluent Hebrew and English (written and spoken)
- Experience with suppliers or client-facing roles — an advantage
