Job Description
We hire for

Track and trace cargo internationally
Ensure the timely movement of goods through its supply chain
Analyze and evaluate data flows from our customers and/or service providersinto our operational systems
Identify and manage exceptions while also identifying opportunities for continual improvement and evolution
Work within a multi-agency regulatory environment, ensuring that freight is imported/exported compliantly into/out of the US
Meet or exceed performance goals and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
Utilize an array of specialized Expeditors software to increase the compliance and efficiency of our team
Meet company standards of 52 hours training per year per employee
Promote compliance by diligently following all company policies and regulations and performing the task at hand with outstanding integrity and pride

Qualifications
Driven and motivated individual desiring to embark on or continue a career in the exciting world of international logistics and global trade
Understanding of the importance of quality customer service and its effect on all facets of a successful business and brand
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Proven ability to learn new software and utilize evolving technologies
Understanding and interest in the world of international logistics and global trade
Proactive and organized approach to learning and executing on the job
