Position: Entry-Level Fleet Dispatcher
MigWay is looking for a Fleet Dispatcher to help coordinate our growing fleet of trucks and drivers! This entry-level position is perfect for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in dispatching, route planning, and driver communication. If you’re highly organized, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have strong problem-solving skills, this is the opportunity for you!
Location: Pineville, NC (In-person)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Competitive, based on experience
What You’ll Do:
Dispatch and coordinate drivers to ensure on-time deliveries
Monitor driver schedules, routes, and performance to optimize efficiency
Communicate with drivers to provide real-time updates, address issues, and ensure compliance with company policies
Track freight movements and troubleshoot delays or issues in transit
Assist in load planning and scheduling to maximize productivity
Maintain accurate records of driver logs, mileage, and hours of service
What We’re Looking For:
No prior dispatching experience required – we will train the right candidate!
A strong interest in logistics, transportation, and fleet coordination
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
