About the Role
We have open regional CDL-A seats in Flint, MI and we need reliable drivers to fill them. Flint sits on I-75 in mid-Michigan – a steady freight market with consistent regional volume running into MI, OH, IN, IL, and WI every week. Solid weekly pay, no-touch freight, and a home time schedule that does not change on you. No prior trucking experience required – we provide full training and get you running from day one.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual earnings between $72,800 and $78,000
- Average weekly pay: $1,400 – $1,500
- Average weekly mileage: 2,000 – 2,500 miles
- CPM Rate: $0.58 – $0.70
- 100% No-touch freight

Responsibilities
- Run assigned regional routes out of Flint, MI covering MI, OH, IN, IL, and WI
- Inspect tractor and trailer thoroughly before and after every single run
- Keep ELD logs current and accurate per FMCSA hours of service requirements
- Deliver on time and stay ahead of dispatch on any delays or route changes
- Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies on every run
Requirements
- Experience Level: Only Trainees
- Special Equipment: Dry Van
- Endorsements: None required
- Shifts: Both day and night shifts available
- Valid CDL Class A license – current and active
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Good safety record and responsible driving habits
- No SAP history | No DUI offenses
- Must reside within 75 miles of Flint, MI
