Job Description:
Join our team as an OTR Dry Van Driver! We’re looking for motivated drivers based in Texas, ready to hit the road for 2 weeks at a time. We offer paid training, full benefits, no-touch freight, and a reliable freight network.

What We Offer:
Transitional program: Training pay to full solo experienced pay.
Paid training: $650 every week for 4–6 weeks.
Solo driver upgrade after training with sliding pay scale: $0.43–$0.57 CPM.
Pay varies by haul type (empty vs. loaded, short vs. long).
No-touch freight – just drive!
Dry van trailers only.
Paid orientation.
Full benefits package.
Consistent miles and support from dispatch
Requirements:
Must have a valid CDL-A.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Must reside in Texas.
Ability to stay out 2 weeks at a time.
