This role focuses on new business development: cold calling, quoting freight, and building long term customer relationships.
Environment:We are pretty laid back! A collaborative team that already works with great customers, carriers, and we are ready to continue our growth!
What You’ll Do:Prospect and develop new accounts (target: 80+ outbound calls per day)Build relationships with OTR shippers and customers across different industriesQuote and price freight efficientlyCollaborate with Operations and Management to ensure smooth onboarding
What We’re Looking For:Strong sales drive and communication skillsExperience in logistics or freight brokerage preferredSelf-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environmentBased in or willing to relocate to Chicago
