We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Assistant to join our team in Lima-Peru. The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, be adept at handling multiple tasks, and possess a deep understanding of accounting principles and practices in Colombia.
In this role, you will:
Be responsible for logistics activities, including import, storage, inventory, and dispatch of products to clients
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure products are delivered efficiently and according to our client needs
Preparation of orders and delivery coordination according to the requirements
Coordinate logistics activities with import/export logistics operators
Improve the logistic processes and procedures, according to the company’s guidelines
Support with invoicing and quotation processes
Prepare and analyze information to prepare reports as required
What we expect of you:
Have technical or university education in logistics, administration, or related fields
Have at least 1 year of work experience in logistics
Have experience with invoicing, inventory, warehouse, import and export
Have excellent skills in working with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience working with ERP for logistics
Previously worked in an international company with the HQ Office located in another country/continent
Good English level is a plus for the position.
