Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused E-Commerce & Logistics Specialist to manage and grow the company’s sales across multiple online marketplaces, e-commerce platforms, countries and offline distribution channels.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the complete e-commerce operational cycle, including product listings, marketplace management, order processing, inventory coordination, logistics, shipping, fulfilment, returns, customer service and sales reporting.
The role requires practical experience in managing multi-country e-commerce operations and coordinating domestic and international shipments through courier companies, fulfilment centres, distributors and retail partners.
Key Responsibilities
1. Multi-Platform E-Commerce Management
- Manage the company’s presence across multiple e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
- Handle platforms such as Amazon, Noon, Shopify, WooCommerce, TikTok Shop, Walmart Marketplace, eBay and other relevant regional or international marketplaces.
- Create, update and optimise product listings, descriptions, images, specifications, keywords, pricing and promotional offers.
- Ensure product information, inventory availability and pricing are accurate and consistent across all platforms.
- Manage marketplace seller accounts, dashboards, account health, compliance requirements and platform communications.
- Coordinate the onboarding and launch of products on new e-commerce platforms and in new countries.
- Monitor product rankings, customer reviews, conversion rates, cancellations and marketplace performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve product visibility, sales conversion and overall marketplace revenue.
2. International and Multi-Country Operations
- Manage online sales and order fulfilment across the UAE and other international markets.
- Coordinate country-specific product listings, pricing, taxes, shipping rates, documentation and marketplace requirements.
- Work with distributors, fulfilment partners, third-party logistics providers and courier companies in different countries.
- Ensure compliance with applicable import, export, customs, labelling and product documentation requirements.
- Maintain awareness of country-specific restrictions and regulatory requirements relevant to the company’s products.
- Coordinate international inventory transfers and cross-border shipments.
3. Order Processing and Fulfilment
- Manage the complete order cycle from order receipt to final delivery.
- Process online and offline orders accurately and within the required timelines.
- Coordinate order picking, packing, labelling, dispatch and delivery.
- Ensure that customer orders are fulfilled according to platform service-level requirements.
- Monitor pending, delayed, cancelled, returned and failed deliveries.
- Maintain accurate documentation for every shipment and transaction.
- Coordinate bulk, wholesale, distributor, corporate and retail orders.
4. Logistics, Handling and Shipping
- Coordinate local and international logistics, courier and shipping operations.
- Obtain and compare quotations from courier companies, freight forwarders and logistics providers.
- Negotiate shipping rates, fulfilment charges and logistics service agreements.
- Prepare shipping labels, invoices, packing lists, airway bills, certificates and customs documents.
- Coordinate import and export shipments, customs clearance and last-mile delivery.
- Track shipments and proactively resolve delays, lost packages, damaged products or delivery disputes.
- Manage product handling, packaging standards and storage requirements.
- Monitor shipping expenses and recommend measures to reduce fulfilment and logistics costs.
- Coordinate cash-on-delivery shipments, payment reconciliation and returned COD orders.
5. Inventory and Warehouse Coordination
- Monitor stock levels across warehouses, stores, fulfilment centres and marketplaces.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile physical stock against system records.
- Coordinate stock replenishment and inventory transfers.
- Prevent overselling, stock-outs, expired stock and excessive inventory accumulation.
- Support demand forecasting and procurement planning based on sales trends.
- Coordinate stock counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
- Monitor slow-moving and fast-moving products and recommend appropriate actions.
- Ensure products are properly stored, packed, labelled and handled.
6. Offline Sales and Distribution Support
- Process orders received through retail stores, distributors, corporate clients, exhibitions, WhatsApp, telephone and direct sales channels.
- Coordinate deliveries to retail outlets, pharmacies, clinics, distributors or business customers.
- Maintain records of offline orders, dispatches, invoices, payments and outstanding deliveries.
- Support the onboarding and servicing of new distributors and retail partners.
- Coordinate product availability and promotional materials for exhibitions, events and physical stores.
- Ensure online and offline pricing, stock and promotions are properly aligned.
7. Customer Service and Returns Management
- Respond to customer queries relating to orders, products, payments, shipping and delivery.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Manage product returns, replacements, refunds, failed deliveries and warranty-related cases.
- Coordinate with marketplaces, payment gateways and logistics partners to resolve disputes.
- Monitor customer reviews and ratings and take corrective action where required.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and marketplace seller performance.
8. Sales, Promotions and Performance Management
- Support the planning and execution of marketplace campaigns, discounts, bundles and seasonal promotions.
- Coordinate promotional calendars across online and offline channels.
- Monitor sales, margins, fulfilment expenses, marketplace fees and promotional performance.
- Analyse platform performance and identify opportunities to improve revenue and profitability.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports covering:
- Sales by platform and country
- Orders and fulfilment status
- Inventory levels
- Returns and cancellations
- Shipping and logistics costs
- Marketplace fees and commissions
- Product-wise profitability
- Customer ratings and reviews
- Recommend corrective actions based on sales and operational data.
9. Systems and Process Management
- Work with ERP, inventory, order management, accounting and customer relationship management systems.
- Ensure orders, inventory, invoices, payments and shipping records are correctly updated.
- Develop standard operating procedures for order processing, packing, shipping, returns and inventory management.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, accounts, procurement, warehouse and customer-service teams.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Ensure all marketplace credentials, documents, product information and operational records are securely maintained.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, logistics or order fulfilment.
- Demonstrated experience selling products across multiple e-commerce platforms and countries.
- Strong working knowledge of major marketplaces such as Amazon, Noon, Shopify, WooCommerce, eBay, Walmart Marketplace or similar platforms.
- Experience with Amazon FBA, Fulfilled by Noon, third-party fulfilment centres or similar models is preferred.
- Practical experience in local and international logistics, courier management and shipping documentation.
- Knowledge of inventory management, warehousing, import/export procedures and customs documentation.
- Previous experience in healthcare, wellness, supplements, cosmetics, food, FMCG, pharmaceutical or consumer products will be an advantage.
- UAE e-commerce and logistics experience is strongly preferred.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is proactive, organised and commercially driven, with the ability to manage both the front-end and back-end of an e-commerce business. The candidate must be comfortable handling marketplace sales, customer orders, inventory, packing, logistics, shipping, returns and offline distribution without requiring continuous supervision.
The position requires an individual who can take complete responsibility for ensuring that products are correctly listed, orders are accurately processed, shipments are delivered on time and customers receive a professional buying experience across all sales channels.
