Job Summary
Scribbledo is a growing ecommerce company selling educational products through Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and school districts.
We are looking for an experienced person to take full ownership of our inventory and purchasing. This person will ensure our warehouse and Amazon remain properly stocked without creating excess inventory.
Responsibilities
- Forecast inventory using sales history, seasonality, and lead times
- Determine when and how much inventory to reorder
- Manage inventory across our warehouse and Amazon FBA
- Create and track purchase orders
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight companies, and warehouses
- Monitor incoming shipments, stockout risks, and excess inventory
- Maintain and improve our inventory system and reports
Requirements
- At least 3 years of inventory planning or purchasing experience
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and follow up skills
- Amazon FBA and overseas supplier experience are strongly preferred

Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
