Main Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise all e-commerce warehouse operations, from the inbound process (receiving goods), storage, to outbound (shipping) to ensure smooth processes according to established procedures.
Ensure that all e-commerce warehouse operations are running efficiently and cost-effectively.
Plan, monitor, and manage operational support materials for the e-commerce warehouse, as well as packaging materials such as thermal labels, carton boxes, bubble wrap, fillers, etc.
Collaborate with the marketing team to forecast order volumes, resource needs, and create work schedules for the warehouse team to meet customer demands.
Monitor and manage the handling of return orders and damaged products.
Ensure high-quality shipping services and a positive customer experience through effective management.
Prepare periodic reports on operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and take necessary actions to enhance efficiency.
Develop training and development plans for the e-commerce warehouse team to continuously improve operational performance.
Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of experience at the manager level or 5 years at the supervisor level in managing e-commerce warehouse operations, logistics, and FMCG distribution.
Enjoys data analysis and provides recommendations focused on performance improvement.
Knowledge and experience using SAP modules – WM (Warehouse Management) and IM (Inventory Management).
Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate with various departments.
