310T Truck & Coach Technician
Location:Durham Shop, Pickering, Ontario
Position Type:Full-time, Permanent, Afternoon Shift
Reporting:Shop Foreperson
Hours:Monday to Friday, 3:00pm to 12:00am
Rate:$45.68/h
We are looking for 2 highly capable310T Truck & Coach Technicians.
Responsibilities:
Adhere to Miller Waste Systemsafety protocolsand be familiar with the Occupational Health & Safety Act.
Service and repair all Company vehicles to ministry standards and Miller Waste standards.
Repair and road test equipment, including hydraulics and electrical, as well as perform shop maintenance.
Conduct vehicle maintenance according to established MWS policies and procedures.
Maintain all required records and files for vehicle maintenance.
Conduct on-road service calls, as required.
Requirements:
Possess and maintain a valid 310T Truck & Coach Technician’s Licence.
Hold a valid ‘G’ Driver’s Licence.
Ability to diagnose and rectify faults, with experience in repairing hydraulic and electrical systems.
Meet deadlines in afast-paced environmentand work effectively in a team.
Available to work late when trucks are behind schedule, and may be required to work weekends and holidays.
