Flatbed Weekly Gross $6,000.00 to $8,000.00
Dry Van Weekly Gross $5,000.00 to $6,000.00
We are based in Indianapolis IN
We mainly run Mid-West and Southeast regions
Truck gets 68% of Linehaul and that includes your Cargo Liability and a Trailer
If you have your own Trailer, then you get 75%
And if you’re a Fleet Owner we will add 2% more

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Owner Operator Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. As an Owner Operator Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods efficiently and safely while maintaining compliance with all regulations. This role requires proficiency in operating various types of trucks, including roll-off trucks, refrigerated trailers, dump trucks, and tractor-trailers.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Owner Operator Driver to join our team. As an Owner Operator, you will be responsible for transporting freight across various routes while ensuring the safe and timely delivery of goods. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and customer service. Ideal candidates will possess a thorough understanding of commercial driving regulations and demonstrate proficiency in operating different types of vehicles.
Responsibilities
Operate and drive various types of trucks, including tractor-trailers, dump trucks, and tankers.
Load and unload freight efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
Plan and follow designated routes for timely deliveries.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, vehicle maintenance, and fuel usage.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery status.
Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations related to commercial driving.
Manage time effectively to meet delivery schedules while maintaining high standards of service.
Qualifications
Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
Proven experience in truck driving with knowledge of freight handling.
Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles is preferred.
Ability to navigate using GPS systems and maps for route planning.
Strong understanding of safety regulations related to the transportation industry.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team when necessary.
Previous experience in route driving is a plus.
