Just earned your CDL-A? Looking to start strong in the trucking industry? We’re offering a full-time Over-the-Road (OTR)position designed for new drivers. With paid training, modern equipment, and reliable miles, you’ll gain the real-world experience you need to succeed.
What You’ll Earn
Weekly Pay:$1,100–$1,500+
Orientation Pay:$300 issued on your first day
New Driver Bonus:Up to $1,500 in your first 90 days
Performance Incentives:Earn up to 8¢ per mile in monthly bonuses
Extra Pay:Short haul and stop pay available
Your Role on the Road
Drive solo OTR routesaveraging 2,500–3,000 miles per week
Haul 100% no-touch freight, including drop & hook, preloads, and live loads
Get consistent home timeevery other week with reliable resets
Stay in control with assigned equipment
Top-Tier Equipment
Freightliner Cascadia truckswith automatic transmissions
Assigned dry van trailers
Average fleet age: 18 months
Who We’re Looking For
Minimum age: 21 years
Valid Class A CDL
Recent Grads should be Completed 120+ hours of certified CDL training
Able to pass DOT urine and hair drug screening
No felony convictions; minor violations considered
Safety-focused with time management awareness
Driver Responsibilities
Operate a Class A commercial vehicle in a safe and legal manner
Complete daily pre- and post-trip inspections
Keep accurate HOS logs using an ELD system
Work with dispatch to ensure timely pickups and deliveries
Maintain compliance with DOT and company safety policies
