Position Summary:Performs drug and alcohol tests on donors.

Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday. Available shifts include Day, Mid, and Overnight; 40 hours per week.
On-call weekend rotation approximately one time per month.
Base Hourly Rate: $18 – $21
Hiring/Retention Bonus: $1,000 paid out in 3 stages through your first (90) days of employment.
Pay Increase Opportunity:
Your performance and/or role proficiency will be evaluated at your 6-month mark with an opportunity for an hourly increase of $0.75 per hour.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Drives a company-provided vehicle to client locations and performs drug tests. May perform collections following DOT specimen collections guidelines, which includes direct observation and possible oral swab sample collection. May perform breath alcohol testing following DOT alcohol testing guidelines. May perform hair collections following Psyche medics guidelines.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required:
High school diploma (or equivalent).
Valid Driver’s License.
Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office Suite.
Obtain DOT Urine Specimen Collector certification within two (2) weeks of employment.
Obtain DOT EBT (Evidential Breath Testing) certification within two (2) weeks of employment.
Qualifications Preferred:
Experience driving a box truck (Up to 23 feet in length) (Training provided).
Physical Requirements:
Must speak, read and write in English. Required to talk, listen, walk, sit, stand, use hands, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms. Lifts up to forty (40) pounds. Climbs stairs. Must sit and drive a commercial truck for periods of time.
