Hertz, an industry leader, is seeking high-charged, high-energy, team-driven individuals to work as Rideshare Drivers. You will have the opportunity to drive Hertz cars while getting paid!
Wage: $18.67/hour + tips
Hertz vehicle provided during shift.
Shift Options: 9:00 am – 1:00 pm | 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm | Monday – Friday (must be available to work the entire shift you select)

Want to drive for a Rideshare but don’t have a car or do not want to put the wear and tear on your own vehicle?
We will provide a car to you at no cost during your scheduled shift:
No rental fees.
Insurance & Maintenance covered.
Fuel provided.
Requirements:
CA Valid driver’s license required.
Minimum Age to drive: 25.
Flexibility in scheduling which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to work under pressure.
Comfortable driving in rush hour traffic.
Ability to drive in adverse weather conditions.
Responsible for the safety of passengers.
Good driving skills and a good sense of direction.
Your general responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Personal accounts will not be used to participate in the Rideshare program.
Safely transport passengers from one location to another in accordance with Service Club training and customer service policies and procedures.
Provide a pleasant experience for passengers, respond to their requests, and adapt to their preferences.
Assist passengers with loading and unloading the vehicle.
Ensure that the vehicle is clean, in good working order, and compliant with safety guidelines.
Use GPS and maps to find the best route to the destination.
Use the Rideshare phone application to accept ride requests and communicate with passengers, remaining online on the application during your shift.
Follow all applicable traffic laws, and comply with all Rideshare and Hertz terms and conditions and code of conduct.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures and protect company assets.
Install the Netradyne dash cam device at the start of shift, keep it on during the shift, and remove it at the end of shift.
Meet or exceed the minimum rides per hour. Rides cannot be cancelled once accepted.
Sign up for rideshare shifts in accordance with your designation and hour limits. Each shift available is for a five-hour consecutive block.
Retrieve and return vehicles in accordance with company practices.
