JOB SUMMARY:
For our Grande Sports Academy based at Francisco Grande Hotel & Golf Resort, Casa Grande, Arizona, we are seeking a Driver with an Arizona Driver’s License and a clean driving record for a minimum of five years. The Driver will transport students and campers in company vehicles, including 14-seater vans, to events, games, movies, malls, and the airport. There is an opportunity to enjoy events and games with the students.
Routine cleaning of vehicles, basic maintenance, and repairs are also required.
PRIMARY
JOB FUNCTIONS:
Transport students to/from events, games, movies, malls, and the airport.
Be reliable and possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ensure the safe operation of the vehicle and attend to the reasonable needs of passengers and clients.
Maintain logs and conduct regular maintenance of company vehicles, including scheduling oil changes, tire rotations, repairs, and cleaning vehicles inside and out.
Follow the policies and procedures of the company, including Appearance Standards, Core Values, and Standards of Service.
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND JOB EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
A valid driver’s license with a minimum of five years of clean driving.
Minimum High School education or equivalent.
Experience driving 14-passenger vehicles.
ABILITIES
REQUIRED:
Ability to drive passenger vehicles and other company vehicles.
Ability to drive at night.
Ability to climb into and out of vehicles.
Ability to clean vehicles inside and out.
Ability to write reports.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Employment is contingent on satisfactory results of a background check, driving record check, and a valid driver’s license in the state of Arizona.
Must have a flexible schedule and be available 7 days a week, including holidays.
