Position Overview:
The purpose of this position is to act as a backup to Applicators, engaging in responsibilities such as lot maintenance, product receiving and delivery, grounds maintenance, and equipment compliance.
Duties and Responsibilities: Assist with outbound and inbound agronomy products; operate tender trucks; ensure safety compliance; assist in equipment maintenance; maintain facility grounds; communicate activities to the manager; maintain records; assist in measuring inventory; serve as a backup to Applicators.
Skills and Qualifications: Class A or B CDL preferred or ability to obtain Ag CDL; strong communication skills; excellent time management; positive attitude; high energy; attention to detail; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; customer service skills; ability to work extended hours; territory and agriculture knowledge a plus; hazmat endorsement a plus; acceptable driving history.
Physical Requirements: Bending, climbing, lifting 40+ lbs unassisted.
