We have been in continuous operation since 1938 by three generations of the Kottke family. Overview:
This person will be the drivers first point of contact, coordinate with driver about loads, manage drivers vacation requests, and be responsible for the timely movement of company freight.
Essential Job Functions:
- Manage Drivers and their work loads
- Manage Drivers home time and vacation requests
- Coordinate with planners and customer service reps for meeting driver and customer demand
- Work to maximize driver performance
- Help to minimize deadhead
- Maximize Revenues per Mile
- Well Spoken, Easy to understand
- Sympathetic and companionate to the drivers needs
Non – Essential Job Functions:

Required Experience:
Starting pay will be based on previous experience. We are willing to train the right candidate without experience.
