Job Description:
ATET Solutions & Logistics is currently seeking dedicated and experienced Box Truck Drivers to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring timely deliveries of freight for our valued clients. Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate a box truck to pick up and deliver freight.
Ensure accurate and on-time deliveries to clients.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and reliability.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers for route planning and real-time updates.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and DOT regulations.
Maintain a clean driving record and report any incidents or accidents promptly.

Requirements:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Proven experience driving box trucks or similar vehicles.
Ability to lift and carry packages as needed.
Strong communication skills and a commitment to punctuality.
Familiarity with GPS and route planning.
A proactive approach to safety and reliability.

Compensation Details:
$800 Weekly
​
Bonus Opportunities:
Driver Level 1: An additional $25 per day for completing all pickups and deliveries on time.
​
Performance Incentives:
Drivers who meet all daily requirements and have no more than 3 late deliveries within a 6-month period will receive:
$500 for Driver Level 1.
