CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers Enjoy:
Pay:
Drivers earning $70,000 – $75,000 Annually
$0.53 – $0.55 CPM in base pay + OD Pay & Annual $0.01 CPM tenure pay increase
OR
Choose 27% of Line Haul
Increased Weekly Minimum Pay: 30 Days – 2 Years = $1,200 and 2 Years+ = $1,300!
Additional advantages:
Orientation pay increased to $10,000 (5/12/2025 through 9/30/2025) – paid in first 180 days!
Week 1 = $1,500
Week 2 = $1,200
120 Days = $2,300
180 Days = $5,000

HOW DO WE KNOW? Because we have invested in the best analytics to track our driver’s home time to ensure them a better quality of life and the time they deserve with their family!
CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Loyalty Pay:
New Drivers Pay – $.53 CPM starting base pay
1-Year Loyalty (worked at previous company for one year) – $.54 CPM starting base pay
2-Years Loyalty (worked at previous company for two years) – $.55 CPM starting base pay
CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver
Job Requirements:
1-year CDL-A OTR and 6 months flatbed experience
No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents combined in the past three years
No DUI in the past 10 years
Experience hauling steel coil is a plus, though not a requirement
