Job Description
Towtal Roadside Solutions is a leading provider of emergency roadside assistance and towing services. We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team and represent one of the most trusted brands in Canada.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Providing emergency roadside service in high-volume areas.
Ensuring safety regulations and compliance with municipal regulations are met.
Qualifications
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to multi-task; knowledge of towing best practices is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of various GPS systems.
No experience required. Training is provided. There will be a signing bonus for successful applicants who complete our training program: $500 for no experience, $1000 for tow truck drivers with a valid Toronto Tow Licence.

Requirements
Willingness to work 12 hours a day, 6 days a week.
Minimum 2 years with a G license.
Clean driving record.
Clean criminal background check.
Tow license required – municipal license fee of $412.19.
Must be willing to incorporate; for corporations, the fee is $200.
