Main Focus Areas
- Timely delivery mail to internal and external customers
- Weekly cleaning of pool vehicles
- Transporting of staff to and from work daily.
- Logging of vehicles mileage, time in and time out in Fleet management system
- Allocating vehicles to staff members in Fleet management system.
- Any other duties as assigned by the logistics team leader.
Qualifications
- 5 ‘O’ levels including English, Clean Class 1 Driving license with valid Defensive driving certificate.
Must have skills
- Safe & Defensive Driving Skills Proven ability to operate motor vehicles safely, responsibly, and defensively, with a clean driving record and valid class appropriate driver’s licence.
- High Integrity & Confidentiality Awareness Demonstrated trustworthiness with a strong appreciation of confidentiality, discretion, and ethical conduct—especially when transporting bank officials, documents, or valuables.
- Knowledge of Road Safety & Traffic Regulations Sound understanding of the Road Traffic Act, traffic signage, and defensive driving principles, with strict adherence to road rules and internal transport policies.
Good to have skills
- Experience in a Corporate or Banking Environment Prior experience driving for senior management or within a regulated, corporate setting, preferably a bank or financial institution.
- Basic Vehicle Maintenance Knowledge Ability to carry out routine vehicle checks (oil, water, tyres, lights) and promptly report mechanical faults.
- Professional Customer Service & Communication Skills Polite, well‑presented, and able to communicate professionally with clients, staff, and external stakeholders.
