Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Driver to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting company stuff through various locations and also buy and replenish company inventory. Your expertise in driving, route planning using GPS navigation, and adherence to safety regulations will ensure timely deliveries and exceptional service. Duties
- Navigate routes effectively using GPS systems to ensure on-time deliveries across over-the-road (OTR) driving routes
- Load and unload freight safely using manual handling techniques and proper equipment, ensuring cargo integrity and security
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license.
- Proven experience in driving, including delivery driving and route driving with freight t
- Ability to operate manual transmission trucks confidently and handle manual loading/unloading tasks effectively
- Excellent navigation skills utilizing GPS systems to optimize routes and ensure timely deliveries
