What You’ll Do:
- Procure and negotiate truck rates
- Coordinate day-to-day drayage and intermodal operations
- Monitor carrier performance and vendor KPIs
- Support invoice reconciliation and billing activities
- Identify process improvement and cost-reduction opportunities
- Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Pricing, Finance, and branch teams across North America
- Ensure data accuracy and quality control within operational systems
What We’re Looking For:
- 1-3 years of ocean freight, drayage, intermodal, trucking, or transportation operations experience
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of trucking operations, shipping documentation, and Incoterms is a plus
- CargoWise experience required
