Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dock Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dock by handling materials, loading and unloading shipments, making deliveries in a pickup truck, cleaning dock and maintaining safety standards. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Safely load and unload goods from trucks
Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment to move materials within the dock area.
Making deliveries in a pickup truck
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dock area to comply with OSHA regulations.
Skills
Must have clean DMV record
Experience with warehouse management systems
Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and practices.
Ability to operate forklifts and heavy equipment safely.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Capability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
