Duties/Responsibilities:
Responsible for district results and growth
Oversee and manage the shipping and delivery of goods efficiently
Review customer base to ensure financial and service levels are being maintained
Monitor and manage staff performance, focusing on training and development, and addressing areas requiring improvement
Network and build relationships to add key staff, as P&L allows
Oversee the sales process to ensure growth and a full sales pipeline
Key Skills Required:
At least 8 years of management experience in a Freight Forwarding company.
Strong sales skills and the ability to communicate effectively throughout the sales process
Willingness to travel as needed
An entrepreneurial vision and spirit
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 – $115,000.00 per year
