What does a Distribution Supervisor do at Swire Coca-Cola?
As a Distribution Supervisor, you will be the liaison between the Distribution & Sales Teams in your area. You will be responsible for managing the drivers within your assigned territory, and will have the opportunity to staff, train, evaluate, and develop your team members, helping ensure the efficient distribution of our great-tasting products to our customers.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the effective & efficient distribution of product
Adhere to delivery standards, efficiencies, and regulatory requirements
Manage drivers within a specific territory
Manage driver’s delivery schedule and hours worked
Establish and maintain positive customer relationships
Resolve customer issues
Manage and audit team members’ timekeeping
Staff, train, evaluate, and develop team members
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required;
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Valid driver’s license and driving record that satisfies company MVR policy
1-3 years of experience in consumer products/direct store delivery required
Experience managing people/budgets required
Familiarity with DOT regulations
1+ years supervising distribution/delivery staff preferred
Class A CDL preferred
