We're currently looking for motivated and ambitious Dispatchers to join our offices across Ukraine, Poland, and Bulgaria.
No logistics experience? No problem.

Key responsibilities
- Finding and booking freight loads for drivers
- Negotiating rates and transportation conditions with brokers
- Communicating with partners and clients in English
- Monitoring shipments and resolving operational issues
- Building long-term relationships with brokers and carriers
- Contributing directly to business results and personal earnings
What we're looking for
- English level B2 or higher
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Goal-oriented mindset
- Responsibility and attention to detail
- Desire to learn, grow, and earn more
