Job Responsibilities
3．发货票据管理
- 负责发货票据的打印、传递和粘贴工作
- 正确粘贴标签和装箱文件
- 确认和验证货代或运输公司提单
- 根据实际发货数量和离厂时间在客户系统中维护ASN并发送
4． 货架管理
- 建立总成货架的管理台账，及时预警货架短缺；
- 检查货架损坏，及时送修问题货架。
5． 发布运输指令、核算运费
- 根据发货计划，安排车辆调配计划，发布货物出厂和货架返回运输指令单；
- 记录和评价运输公司装运的及时性；
- 准确核算运费，控制装运意外导致的超额运费；
- 处理运输中异常，并提交异常整改报告。
6．遵守与执行体系要求
- 遵循国家和政府有关劳动、环境保护、职业健康安全等方面的法律法规及其他要求
- 负责本业务范围的质量、环境、职业健康安全管理工作
