Seeking a talented individuals who is passionate about the trucking industry, must have French & English

communication skills

to be able to communicate with drivers and customers daily.

As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating and ensuring the timely and efficient movement of goods, managing driver schedules, and communicating with both drivers and customers.

Strong communication skills

and a keen eye for detail are essential.

Responsibilities

– Dispatch pickups and deliveries to drivers quickly and efficiently, ensuring optimal management of Van Load and Container transport operations

– Manage a fleet of 15 to 30 drivers, ensuring smooth coordination and maximum productivity

– Maintain clear and continuous

communication

with drivers at all times

– Ensure on-time service for all pickups and deliveries while adhering to strict schedules

– Provide drivers with their work schedules to facilitate effective planning and coordination

– Plan tasks for the following day to maximize efficiency and productivity

– Perform any other related tasks to contribute to the smooth operation of transport services

Qualifications

– English and French (verbal & written) required

– Previous experience in dispatch or transportation is an asset

– Strong

communication

and organizational skills

– Ability to work in a

fast-paced
