Role Description
This is a full-time Remote role for a Dispatcher at PEARL TRANSPORT INC. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching transportation vehicles, finding loads for trucks and negotiating rates with brokers, provide daily updates to drivers & brokers, Communicate effectively via phone, email, and messaging apps.

Need 1 year dispatching experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Fluent in English speaking and writing
Fluent in Hindi & Punjabi.
Computer skills (MS Excel, Emails, Dispatching Software, TMS)
Available for
flexible hours
(including weekends if needed)
Negotiating Skills
Need to know how to use DAT or other Load boards for booking loads.
Equipment required for remote job:
Need windows desktop.
