Schedule (Pacific Time): Monday – Friday + Saturday or Sunday: 12:00-20:30. Every third weekend Saturday & Sunday are OFF.

About the Role
We’re hiring a Dispatcher to join our remote operations team. You’ll dispatch and manage live deliveries, and help keep time-critical shipments running smoothly. The role requires quick thinking, strong communication, and the ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-moving logistics environment.
Responsibilities
- Dispatch and monitor routes in real time using our logistics platform
- Communicate with drivers and customers throughout each delivery window
- Handle urgent requests or changes quickly and accurately
- Track on-time performance, driver availability, and service exceptions
- Collaborate with regional managers and other dispatchers across shifts
Requirements
- Based in Mexico and available to work the listed schedule (Pacific Time)
- Reliable internet connection, computer, and working microphone/camera
- Bilingual or Native English communication skills
- Prior experience in dispatch, transportation, or customer service preferred
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills

Compensation
- 130 MXN per hour
- Quarterly Company Incentive = 10% of your total pay that quarter
- Tax rate of 1-2.5% via RESICO (vs. 35%)
