Position:Stepdeck / Flatbed DispatcherLocation:Burr Ridge, IL — In-office positionKey Responsibilities:Dispatch and manage Stepdeck and Flatbed trucksSearch, negotiate, and book profitable loadsCommunicate with brokers, shippers, receivers, and driversBuild and maintain strong broker relationshipsPlan routes and help drivers stay productiveMonitor load progress from pickup to deliveryHandle rate confirmations, load details, appointments, and updatesSolve daily issues related to loads, delays, routing, and communicationKeep drivers loaded and moving consistentlyMaintain professional communication with the teamRequirements:Minimum 2 years of experience as a dispatcherExperience with Stepdeck and/or Flatbed is requiredAbility to handle 5+ trucksStrong broker connections are highly preferredExisting driver connections are a big plusGood negotiation and communication skillsKnowledge of load boards and trucking operationsAbility to work under pressure and make quick decisionsResponsible, organized, and goal-oriented attitudeWhat We Offer:Stable office positionGrowing trucking companyProfessional and supportive teamOpportunity to grow with the companyCompetitive pay based on experience and performanceSchedule:Full-time, in-office position.Pay: From $70,000.00 per yearBenefits:Referral programWork Location: In person
