Fulfill Plus is looking for an experienced Dispatcher to join our transportation and logistics team. We are seeking someone who is organized, dependable, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and has hands-on experience coordinating drivers, deliveries, and freight.
Responsibilities
- Dispatch and coordinate drivers for daily pickups and deliveries
- Plan and manage delivery routes efficiently
- Communicate with drivers throughout the day regarding schedules, delays, and changes
- Coordinate LTL, FTL, and local deliveries
- Schedule pickup and delivery appointments with customers and warehouses
- Track shipments and proactively follow up on delayed deliveries
- Communicate professionally with customers, carriers, drivers, and warehouse staff
- Obtain and compare freight quotes when required
- Maintain accurate shipment, delivery, and dispatch records
- Resolve transportation issues quickly and keep customers updated
- Confirm PODs and delivery completion
- Work closely with warehouse and customer service teams
Qualifications
- Previous dispatching experience is required
- Transportation, trucking, freight, or logistics experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of LTL, FTL, and local delivery operations
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Good computer and email skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize urgent shipments
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable communicating directly with drivers and carriers
- Must be dependable and able to work independently
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who understands that successful dispatching requires constant communication and follow-up. The ideal candidate does not simply schedule a shipment—they actively monitor it from pickup through final delivery and immediately address any problems or delays.
Experience is important for this position. Please include your previous dispatching, transportation, or logistics experience when applying.
Pay: $21.00 – $26.00 per hour
