We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our dynamic team. Duties
Manage incoming calls and communications through phone systems to coordinate shipments and deliveries.
Analyze transportation data to optimize routes and schedules for freight movement.
Utilize software such as keeptruckin and load boards for tracking shipments and managing logistics.

Employ Transportation Management Systems (TMS) to monitor freight status and resolve any issues that arise during transit.
Collaborate with drivers, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
Utilize GPS and GIS technologies to track vehicles in real-time, enhancing route efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities, including shipment details, delivery confirmations, and any discrepancies.
Requirements
Proven experience in a dispatch or logistics role is preferred.
Familiarity with phone systems is essential for effective communication.
Strong analytical skills to assess transportation data and make informed decisions.
Experience with excel or other software is a plus.
Knowledge of Transportation Management Systems (TMS) is highly desirable.
Understanding of shipping and receiving processes within the freight industry.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and external partners.
