Reefer Dispatcher – Freight One Inc.
We are seeking an experienced Reefer Dispatcher to join our team and manage 6–8 trucks during the second shift.
This position is a great fit for someone with reefer dispatch experience who is organized, dependable, and able to communicate well with drivers, brokers, and customers.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and dispatch 6–8 reefer trucks
Book and track loads
Communicate with drivers throughout the shift
Monitor ELD hours and ensure DOT compliance
Handle daily issues, updates, and problem-solving
Maintain strong communication with the operations team
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of dispatch experience, preferably in the reefer industry
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Knowledge of ELD hours and DOT safety regulations
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple trucks efficiently
