Your Mission
As a Tex-Air Dispatcher, you’ll be the grandmaster of all thing’s logistics, the human GPS for our drivers, and the ultimate problem-solver for our clients. Here’s what you’ll do:
Master the Fleet: Orchestrate drivers like a symphony, ensuring freight gets where it needs to go.
Be the Calm in the Chaos: Monitor progress, prioritize customers, and resolve hiccups with grace and a smile.
Bridge the Gap: Keep drivers and customers in sync, always avoiding miscommunication.
Data Wizardry: Enter dispatch info into Crown Data Systems like the pro you are.
Jack of All Trades: Answer calls, release vehicles, and be the friendly face (or voice) of Tex-Air.
Requirements
Education: High school diploma or GED—college credit for advanced problem-solving under pressure!
Experience: At least 2 years of dispatching tractor and/or bobtails.
Background: Clean as a whistle—we’ll check.

Mostly day shifts, but occasional weekends. Logistics doesn’t sleep, and sometimes, neither do we.
