Local Family owned Garage Door / Locksmith company is looking for a reliable, self motivated individual to take incoming calls for repair, service and estimate calls, coordinate with the office and field managers to schedule service and installation appointments that fluctuate daily, input all information, communicate with customers and technicians. You will need to update all estimates and service calls to our computer system (House Call Pro). Experience is a plus but will train the right candidate.
Must have:
House Call Pro Know how to do things in House Call Pro software
QuickBooks Know how to do things in QuickBooks software
Yelp – Know how to do things in Yelp software
Reliable Transportation
Computer Skills
Ability to Trouble Shoot

Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage the dispatch of freight efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
Utilize logistics software and transportation management systems to track shipments and optimize routes.
Communicate effectively with drivers and clients via phone, maintaining professionalism and clarity.
Analyze data to improve dispatch processes and resolve any issues that arise.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, including data entry and documentation.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $21.95 – $23.12 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
