Role and Responsibilities
Responsible for preparation of loading slip and instructing the loading team to schedule loading accordingly
Verifying the contents of the loaded truck as per loading slip
Preparation of invoices and preparation of all supporting documents with invoices (i.e. GR, road permit, ASN & gate pass etc.)
Responsible for adherence to vehicle dispatch time schedule
To clear the vehicle from weighment, in case of weight differences
Creating shipment document of every vehicle and document creation for reusable packing material
Proper Knoeledge of GST Invoices & E-Way bill
Qualifications And Education Requirements
3 years of experience in Distribution/ Transportation inventory/ Logistics in a mid to large size manufacturing firm
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (preferably industrial engineering) / Diploma holder.
Preferred Skills
Vendor Management ,SAP , Regulatory & Compliance Management , Logistics planning , Forecasting & Delivery Planning .
