Role Description
1) Segregated Stock Counting and Loading:
Responsible for counting and segregating stock by hub for efficient loading and dispatch.
2) Crate Count Verification:
Cross-verify the count of crates to ensure accuracy and consistency.
3) Invoice Management:
Generate invoices and ensure they are handed over to drivers for each dispatch.
4) POD Collection and Upload:
Monitor the collection of Proof of Delivery (POD) documents.
Upload PODs on time to the Order Management System (OMS) and Google Drive.
5) Stock Handover Reconciliation:
Ensure that the stock count during handover matches the dispatched stock.
6) Data Accuracy and Updates:
Ensure timely and accurate updating of allocated Google Sheets with relevant data.
7) Inventory Cycle Count:
Perform regular inventory cycle counts and update records accordingly.
8) Flexibility for Additional Responsibilities:
Be prepared to assume additional tasks as required to support operations and meet team needs.

Supervisory Skills and Dispatching Abilities
Strong Communication skills
Customer Service skills
Experience in a similar role or industry is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational skills
Knowledge of inventory control processes and documentation.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Good coordination and communication abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in Logistics management
Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and ERP systems (SAP, Tally, etc.).
