Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Dispatch Manager located in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. The Dispatch Manager will be responsible for supervising, dispatching, communication with drivers and customers, overseeing operations management, and ensuring efficient delivery services.
Qualifications
Supervisory Skills and Operations Management
Experience in Dispatching and Communication
Strong Customer Service skills
Ability to effectively manage a team and operations
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Experience in the transportation industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Management, or related field
