We’re looking for a Dispatch Manager to lead our growing team of dispatchers. If you thrive in high-paced environments, love optimizing operations, and want to make a real impact in a scaling company, this one’s for you.
What you’ll be doing:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of dispatchers, ensuring operational excellence and team cohesion
Oversee daily delivery operations and ensure all client KPIs (on-time deliveries, acceptance rates, response times, etc.) are consistently met
Track individual and team performance, provide coaching, and identify training needs
Collaborate with other departments (Customer Support, Operations, Tech, etc.) to drive improvements and solve delivery-related challenges
Continuously evaluate and improve dispatch processes and SOPs for better efficiency and scalability
Monitor systems and tools to ensure timely order assignment and delivery completion
Step in to support dispatching as needed during high-volume periods or staffing gaps
Ensure timely and effective communication across all stakeholders, including customers, managers, and drivers
Foster a positive team culture of accountability, communication, and constant learning
Help scale the team and operations as the company grows
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience as a Dispatch Manager or in a senior dispatch role with leadership responsibilities
Strong understanding of delivery dispatch operations, metrics, and performance indicators
Excellent communication and people management skills
Highly organized and process-driven, with a strong ability to troubleshoot and adapt quickly
Comfortable leading in a fast-paced, remote work environment
Experience with tools like Slack, ClickUp, and Whimsical is a plus
Data-driven mindset—experience in using or interpreting operations data is a strong plus
High speed internet, access to a computer (at least i5, 8 GB RAM), with high quality camera and headset
Fluent in English
Positive, team-first attitude and the ability to coach others toward success
