Role Description
The Dispatch Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role located in Stockton, CA. The selected candidate will manage the scheduling and dispatching of service technicians, ensuring efficient routing and timely service. Daily responsibilities include maintaining communication with customers and field staff to provide updates, handling service requests, tracking job progress, parts ordering and performing data entry tasks. The Dispatch Coordinator will also assist in troubleshooting customer concerns to facilitate optimal customer service and workflow operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in dispatching and an understanding of scheduling and route optimization
- Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and technicians professionally
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in data entry with a high level of attention to detail
- Proficiency in using scheduling or dispatch software is a plus
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work collaboratively with a team
